As per the study carried by Mercom India, the increasing air pollution is decreasing the Solar Plants’ overall generation in Delhi and NCR. Now, this is the problem in atmosphere. However, one can still decrease the effect by proper and regular cleaning of the Solar Panels.

It can help reduce the pollution effect by atleast 5% daily, as per our own experiments carried at Loyal Technologies, Rai(Sonipat) We are situated in an Industrial Area and also near by is a Food factory. Spice fumes keep coagulating on the installed Solar Panels at our site, but regular cleaning help reduce the overall effects.

Also, nature plays an important role in overall generation pattern. Wind patterns and pollution are two major negative players in reducing the Solar plant’s overall efficiency.
