Now, the challenges in installing a Solar power plant in Delhi is- Less rooftop space and bigger Solar panel size along with direction maintenance. We recently installed a 2KW Grid Tied Solar power plant at New Kondli, Mayur Vihar, Ph-V, New Delhi along with Shleyroyal Imagineering  and the installation was a challenge, as no Structure fabricator was willing to visit such a small site for raised structure design. We designed the structure with proper direction and a 28 degree angle towards South at a minimum height of 7 feet and maximum height of 10 feet and 6 inches, as the total area available for installation was 33 sq. yards only. We got the structure fabricated and started the most difficult job i.e. Mounting of the super structure. As the rooftop is at 4th floor. We started with making marking on the floor for Structure base plates and then cutting the tiles with Tile cutter in the below shown way-

After that, we grouted the Solar Mounting structure pillars in these cuttings and mounted the whole structure as shown below-
